California, Colorado and Virginia Privacy Rights

For Residents of California:

If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). In the last twelve months, we may have collected, used, and shared Personal Data about you as described in its broader privacy statement for our legitimate business purposes.

California residents have a right to request access, correction, deletion and data portability of their Personal Data, and opt out of the sale of Personal Data.

We currently DO NOT SELL Personal Data of California residents with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes. We also do not sell the personal data of children under age 16 and take additional precautions to protect such data, as described in our broader privacy policy.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights.

For Residents of Virginia and Colorado:

If you are a Virginia resident, you have rights under the Consumer Data Protection Act of 2023 (CDPA). If you are a Colorado resident, you have rights under the Colorado Privacy Act, 2021 (CPA). We may have collected, used, and shared Personal Data about you as described in its broader privacy statement for our legitimate business purposes.

Virginia and Colorado residents have the following rights available to them:

  • Right to request access, correction, deletion and data portability of their Personal Data.  
  • Right to opt out of the processing of their Personal Data for the purposes of (i) sale of Personal Data, or (ii) targeted advertising, or (iii) profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning you.
  • Right to appeal against a controller’s refusal to take action following a consumer’s request to exercise your rights.

We currently DO NOT SELL Personal Data of Virginia or Colorado residents with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes. We also do not sell the personal data of children under age 16 and take additional precautions to protect such data, as described in our broader privacy policy.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CDPA or CPA rights.

Submitting a Request

You may exercise your rights with respect to your personal information by submitting a verifiable consumer request using this form.

We will respond to a verifiable consumer request within 45 days. Should we require more time, we will notify you of the extension period and the reason for the extension in writing. In some situations, and subject to certain exemptions, we may decline a request to exercise the rights above, particularly if we are unable to validate your identity.

Right to Appeal

Depending on your state of residency, you may have the ability to appeal a decision we have made in connection with your verifiable consumer request, by using this form. You also have the ability to contact the attorney general of the respective state if you have concerns about the result of the appeal. Virginia residents can contact the attorney general to submit a complaint of denial of appeal by us, using the method provided on the Office of Attorney General’s website available at https://www.oag.state.va.us/consumer-protection/index.php/file-a-complaint
