HealthHelp’s Site™ program (patent-pending) helps health plans direct members to the most cost-effective, highest-quality outpatient imaging facilities and radiation oncology centers. It enables payers to establish and enforce technical standards that ensure safety and quality among contracted providers. Site collects more than a hundred fields of data through on-line assessment of facilities’ equipment, policies, and personnel. When facilities don’t meet minimum standards, payers may require them to remedy problems or face elimination from their networks.

HealthHelp sets up a custom data warehouse containing facility information for each health plan it serves. Quantitative facility scores can then be viewed at any time via a secure Web site. Network contractors and provider-relations professionals often use this information when setting reimbursement rates.
