HealthHelp’s patient-education program, Aware™, reduces imaging exam volume by informing members about the risks, benefits, and reasons for common diagnostic imaging procedures. With Aware, enrollees can work with their physicians to make the best health care decisions. Such education often reduces enrollee demand for imaging services.

Payers receive a comprehensive set of materials that they may incorporate into their own patient education initiatives. Quarterly packets contain newsletter articles and Web content as well as print-ready poster, brochure, and mailer designs.
