Project Manager
The role of the project manager is to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes coordinating the efforts of team members to deliver projects according to plan. The project manager will also define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required, PMP certification desired
- 5 years direct work experience in a project management capacity, including all
aspects of process development and execution.

Client Manager
Responsible for building the local team to provide superior service to health plans to maximize profitability, fulfill contractual obligations, renew current contracts, and expand the contract base. Responsible for creating, proposing, and meeting final approved regional budgets for maximization of profitability as well as ensuring compliance with organizational expenditure requirements. Assists with implementing new client contracts. Insures that contract compliance and performance guidelines for plans have been met to achieve savings targets and contract renewal for the region. Performs maintenance marketing of HealthHelp’s products and skills. Maintains oversight of educational and quality assurance programs delivered to providers within the region. Identifies market potential and sales opportunities within the region for HealthHelp lines of business. Creates and preserves a positive and professional relationship with plans in the region.

Clinical Coordinator
HealthHelp’s clinical coordinators are registered nurses and radiology technologists who review procedure requests and help enhance physician and staff knowledge of the latest medical evidence.
Requirements:
Registered nurse or radiology
technician with at least two years of experience in direct clinical or managed care.

Customer Service Representatives
HealthHelp’s customer service representatives collect important information about patients, their conditions, and their insurance coverage. In doing so, they help make sure patients get the tests or treatments they need.
Requirements:
High-school graduate or equivalent, knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy, one to two years of customer service experience. Bilingual candidates and people with managed care telephone referral experience preferred.
