HealthHelp Physician Collaborator to Lead New NIH-funded Musculoskeletal Research and Learning Center

October 17, 2017

The National Institutes of Health have awarded a 5-year, $3.7 million grant to the Harvey L. Neiman Health Policy Institute. The Institute will use the grant to establish a Core Center for Clinical Research that it will call the Clinical Learning, Effectiveness and Research (CLEAR) Center.

Dr. Jeffrey Jarvik, M.D., M.P.H., a professor of radiology at the University of Washington and a physician collaborator with HealthHelp for over a decade, will lead the new Center. The Clear Center’s goal is to facilitate collaboration across institutions to improve methods for clinical musculoskeletal studies and to provide data for scientific investigations.
