April 17, 2017

HealthHelp is excited to announce the Employees of the Month for March 2017. Each month we recognize employees for outstanding achievement and excellence. Winners are determined by votes and nominations from their coworkers.

Congratulations, winners! Thank you for being a part of our team!

Sonja Armstrong, Customer Service Representative
West Houston Call Center Winner

I started my career with HealthHelp in June 2016 as a client services representative. I’ve worked in the customer service field for over fifteen years.

I am a native of Columbia, Maryland, and have lived in Houston, Texas, since 2015. I love to help people. While living in Maryland, I volunteered with local churches to feed the hungry. Also, I was the administrative assistant and website developer for a nonprofit organization.

Jared McGuire, Customer Service Representative
East Greenbush Call Center Winner

I began work at HealthHelp in January 2016. Over the past ten years, I have worked within sales and customer service at companies such as BJ’s Wholesale Club and Time Warner Cable.

I received an associate’s degree at Hudson Valley Community College in Troy, New York, and a bachelor’s degree in history at SUNY Oneonta in Oneonta, New York. When I am not at work, I like to watch or play sports and go to my aunt’s camp.

Albert Poirier, Clinical Reviewer
Clinical Team Winner

I have been an LPN for thirty-eight years and have worked in multiple fields, including ER, med-surgery, and orthopedics, where I spent twenty years of my career.

I have been married for almost forty years and have one son and a granddaughter who is the love of my life. I have been a volunteer firefighter/EMT for thirty-nine years. I live outside the capital of New York. When I am not enjoying my work day at HealthHelp, I am a nationally certified fire instructor and fire officer and train both career and volunteer firefighters on how to perform their duties.
