I became a nurse after retiring from the business sector in 2002. Being a nurse was something I had wanted my whole life! Working in the hospital setting taught me clinical skills and the meaning of teamwork. When I came to HealthHelp in June 2014, I was thrilled to find a caring and compassionate team waiting to ensure my success in this new environment. The level of encouragement and assistance I found here at HealthHelp continues daily and, believe me, I rely on it!

I moved to Columbus, Ohio, to be close to my daughter and her husband; they’re thrilled too. I have my first grandchild—a boy—due at the end of June and am over the moon. My hobbies include reading, building dollhouses, doing crafts, and, soon, smooching on a new little one. Looking forward to being a part of the exciting new changes with HealthHelp!

I started with the HealthHelp in June 2016 as a client services representative. Previously, I had worked for Transamerica for two years in its customer service department. HealthHelp has given me the opportunity to get training in additional payer groups, like Banner and CareSource, and in areas such as sleep and cardiac care—and get rewarded every month with five QC bucks. I love working with my team and strive to always have a positive attitude. I recently became a member of the VOTE committee to help represent the voice of my peers.

In my free time, I love spending time with my six-year-old daughter, shopping at Target, and watching movies. My career goal is to earn a promotion within the company to quality analyst and eventually to supervisor.

I graduated from Albany business school with a degree in business. I was in retail management for over twenty years and needed a new start.
I have been married for thirty-three years. I am a proud mother of three children and I am a new proud grandma of grandson Jack Henry. I really enjoy spending time with my family.
